**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our client, from an insurance background, has been providing insurance advice and services to businesses, property owners, and householders in Australia for over 20 years. They strive to help clients find the best insurance available to protect their personal and business assets despite providing wise tailored advice to their customers. The team is looking to hire a Broker Support Administrator to be based in KL, Malaysia.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting in claims such as following the progress of claims and preparing documents we may request from time to time which assist us with the requests from the Claims Team.
- Handling quoting tasks,
- Invoicing, and other admin duties.
- Resolving transaction errors in our Insight software tool.
- Looking up covers in the product disclosure statement or policy wording document

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Must possess at least 2-3 years of working experience in insurance background managing administrative tasks.
- MUST have a strong understanding of the General Insurance Industry
- Strong English comprehensive is desirable
- Competent with Math related insurance.
- Cooperative, positive, flexible, and hardworking mindset.
