**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales department by providing administrative and customer service support.
- Perform Sales Order Management tasks including sales order checking, submission and report update.
- To generate various report within the timeline.
- Contact for potential leads with the intend to close the sales.
- Responsible on Day to Day Sales Support & General Administrative Tasks.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Able to work independently in fast-paced working environment.
- To be able to assists on the other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English to liaise with associates.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to be multi tasking and work under tight dateline.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
