**Job Overview**:

- **Salary **RM4,000 - RM5,000

**Location**: _PJ Damansara / Bangi / Shah Alam, Selangor_

**Job Descriptions**:

- Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response to customers.
- Provide internal sales support which including preparing quotation, confirmation order, delivery order, invoices and other relevant documents.
- Assist sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders and track on collection.
- Co-ordinate with logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customer.
- Liaise with customers to provide update order status.
- Process sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports.
- Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required.
- Maintain files of all documentation and records (physical and digital) required for individual jobs.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- **Must be willing to work in PJ Damansara/ Bangi/ Shah Alam.**:

- **Ms Excel (V-look Up& Pivot Table) Savvy.**:

- Full-Time & Contract Positions(s) available.
