Accounts Payable Team Lead

**What you have to do**:

- Manage team members, ensuring that the team functions effectively and efficiently
- Ensure continuous process improvement focused on standardization, quality improvements and cost minimization
- Initiate and review cost benefit analysis of activities to enhance process performance
- Manage inquiries approvals and escalations streamlined through automated workflow
- Serve as an escalation point for complex inquiries, issues with vendor onboarding, processing payments etc.
- Coach and supervise a team of analysts to optimize team effectiveness
- Ensure a high-quality level for the PTP process delivery

**Requirements**:

- Accounting Degree and/or Professional Accounting Qualification
- Strong People Management & Leadership Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Financial work stream with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multinational environment.
- Self-motivated professional with excellent customer service and strong working/team building relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Attentive to details to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- Flexibility in adapting to a non-routine and fast-paced environment.
- Systems Experience especially SAP is a plus
