Finance Controller

**Job Summary**:
The Finance Controller (Costing) will be responsible for overseeing all costing aspects within the finance department. This role involves analyzing and managing costs, ensuring accurate cost allocation, and providing insights to improve financial performance and efficiency in the manufacturing processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures to ensure accurate cost allocation and control.
- Analyze cost structures and provide detailed reports on cost variances and trends.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to understand cost drivers and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports and financial statements.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing overheads, direct costs, and indirect costs.
- Implement and manage standard costing systems and processes.
- Conduct regular audits of cost accounting systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed cost analysis.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Supervise and mentor the cost accounting team, ensuring their continuous development and performance.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
