**Location: Subang Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya**
- Support the end-to-end administration of HR Processes.
- As the first point of contact for our internal customers, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and addressing their inquiries.
- Your role is crucial for the Human Resources Department and holds significant importance in ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Maintain the case management tool to accurately track request volumes and Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
- Monitor and manage the progress of requests to ensure they are handled within the agreed SLA timelines.
- Work according to established guidelines and instructions to meet set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality targets.
- Notify the Process Specialist, HR Services in case of process compliance or control issues or if there is incomplete documentation.
- Handle other projects/tasks as assigned by the Process Manager/Team Leader. This may include supporting local administration, maintaining employee files and information, participating in team meetings, conducting process analysis, and contributing to improvement actions.
- The main scope encompasses multiple HR process areas, including master data and reporting, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, reward and recognition, and learning and development.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- A person who is familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) will have an advantage.
- The internship duration is roughly 4 - 6 months.
- Good English writing and communication skills will be advantageous.
