Oversee costing to goods sold to customers.
- Oversee the purchasing of goods related to customers’ requirements
- Liaise with Head Office for the best market price of raw materials.
- Confirm quotation from suppliers.
- Preparation of requisition form to submit to coordinator for issuing purchase order.
- Liaise with Shipping Section in regards to the delivery schedule from suppliers and to customers.
- Maintain stock control in order not to over stock the goods.
- Conduct monthly stock check at the warehouse.
- Follow up with bill collections to ensure proper credit control of good supplies to customers.
- Preparing the sales budgets and forecast.
- Co-ordinate of business activities.
- Responsible for duties and functions as stipulated in the Quality Management System and shall:

- **a)** ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO9001;
- **b)** ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
- **c**)report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management;
- **d**)ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization; and
- **e)**ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Electronic/ Mechatronic/Business Management/Semi-Con./ Chemical relevant field.
- Min 2-3 years of working experience in Electronics / Semi-con. related Trading/ Sales / Manufacturing's technical support is added advantage.
- Able to handle Key Account and problem solver.
- Willing to travel to client visitation (local and oversea when required)
- Price negotiable skills, knowledge in raw material, costing and team player.
- Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin (read & write)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
