Are you passionate about providing online and digital product training for legal and tax customers and/or employees to support new sales, increase customer usage, drive growth and contribute to retention targets?

We are hiring for a **Customer Training Specialist **to serve as the "technical expert” in the online platforms to drive usage, reinforce value position to ensure our customer gets a return on investment resulting in high retention rates.

**About the Role**
In this opportunity as Customer Training Specialist, you will:

- Contact new customers in the assigned region/territory to offer training - f2f and/or digital options - and achieve a target of training events delivered.
- Work in partnership with the CRM to identify/manage at risk customers to formalize a retention strategy.
- Prepare and deliver customize training courses to meet clients needs e.g topic, practice area, scenario and platform.
- Support sales activity by conducting product demonstrations, creating topic and practice area videos & demonstration scripts to support sales certification programs, as well as identifying up-sell and cross-sell activity and submit referral form for sales.
- Maintain up-to-date topical leading case knowledge to enable building appropriate examples which highlight the VP.
- Provide platform UAT and client feedback to support product development and enhancement releases.
- Timely and accurately record keeping with 24 hours of event - (client contact, training events, cases, ask a trainer).

**About You**
You're a fit for the role of Customer Training Specialist if your background includes:

- A training qualification in adult education. Legal studies or law degree or accounting qualifications would be a plus.
- Experience working in a professional library environment or law firm or accountancy firm.
- A strong communication and highly developed presentation skills, with an ability to think on one’s feet and communicate complex concepts to demanding groups of professionals
- An ability to field questions and control training/classroom environment
- An experience in the design, preparation and delivery of training programs, either classroom or virtual.
- An experience in conducting training needs analyses and adopting design methodologies to construct adulting learning programs.
