**Position: HR Specialist**

**Unit: Human Resource**

**Reports to: Managing Director**

**Job Role**:
We are seeking for a passionate and experienced HR Specialist to join our clients team and lead their people-focused initiatives. This role will play a vital role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, shaping the company culture, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
**- Talent Acquisition**:

- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct interviews, assess skills and experience, and make hiring recommendations.

**- Talent Retention**:

- Develop and implement programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement performance management systems and provide career development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

**- Compensation and Benefits**:

- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Conduct salary surveys and maintain equity in pay structures.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement incentive programs.

**- Learning and Development**:

- Identify training and development needs for all employee levels.
- Design and implement learning and development programs.
- Track the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
- Partner with managers to develop individual development plans for employees.

**- Additional Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Partner with other departments to achieve business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a HR management/generalist role.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, talent retention, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in HR technology and software.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
