**Position Summary**

The Allianz Technology Account Manager role is to drive Customer Experience and Financial Excellence. The Account Manager is a business technology advocate for Allianz Technology to support the technology demand across Allianz Asia’s Operating Entities (OE). The Account Manager Asia is responsible for owning and managing the Customer/ OE relationships, maintains a deep knowledge of the OE technology strategy, financial budgets, service demands and consumption of Allianz Technology technology services focused on business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- CX - Accountable for OE NPS and drive improvement measures.
- Strategic Initiatives - Prioritization of technology roll outs in close collaboration with OE C-level and IT stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management - Accountable for developing strong OE relationships and Service Owners.
- Financial Management - Accountable for i.e. PD budget, planning, invoicing, collections, disputes.
- Contract Management - Accountable for initiation, execution and ownership of ITSOA (IT Service Outsourcing Agreement)
- Demand Management - Accountable for all OE IT Service provisioning.
- Collaboration - OE stakeholders to develop best practices (best possible way of handling workflow efficiently).
- Reporting - Governance, Financial reports (budget, revenue, consumption) and ensure Service Performance reporting.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in finance, accounting, information technology or other comparable technical qualification.
- 12 yr + Prior experience in a management/ customer facing capacity focusing on CX, Service/ Success/Account Management in a multi-national IT organization (insurance focus would be beneficial).
- People/ stakeholder Management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- Goal-oriented self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experienced in managing multi-cultural and geographical dispersed teams through both direct and influence management.
- Customer-centric mindset; Transparent & fact based collaboration.
- Commercial Sales experience (beneficial).
