As an accounting manager oversees the day-to-day activities of an accounting department, including tracking and auditing financial information, analyzing financial records and transactions and managing the accounting team members. Make sure the entire accounting department remains productive and efficient by assigning tasks, hiring and letting go of employees and reviewing team members' performances. Also in charge of implementing policies and procedures that ensure the department remains efficient and submits accurate work.
- The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas related to the accounting function of the _**Tourism Management Industry**_ experience.
- Prepare and analyze Financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Oversee the processing of invoices, expense reports, and other accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- To prepare all other Finance & Accounts reports after month end closing to relevant departments and stakeholders
- Coordinate and support the annual audit process, audit report checking, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation.
- Review Tax computations, CP204 tax calculation, prepare and submit tax returns.
- Responsible to handle company **SST** report submission and payment. To ensure SST compliance and SST transaction improvement.
- Liaise with bankers, company secretarial, and other statutory bodies/authorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Accounting records and documentation.
- Develop and implement Accounts policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Provide account & financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the company.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or accounting and finance professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Preferably in _**Tourism Management industry**_**.**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.; experience with _**AUTOCOUNT**_accounting software preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- English, Bahasa Malay, _**MANDARIN**_ preferred

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
