**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers.
- Convert your extensive network of C-level connections to Orangeleaf Products and Services.
- Consistently achieve or surpass performance targets in enterprise software sales.
- Deliver compelling and articulate presentations in C-level engagements, creating impactful business proposals.
- Excel at meeting or exceeding goals for qualified monthly appointments, monthly deal forecasts, and annual revenue targets.
- Articulate persuasive value propositions around our products and services, effectively conveying their benefits to potential clients.
- Emphasize on clear team communication and collaboration to support collective success.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive ongoing opportunities and successful outcomes.
- Manage contract negotiations to achieve favourable terms and conditions for the company and clients.
- Cultivate and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure sustained business growth.

**Key Requirements**
- 5+ years in technology-related business development or sales roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience **selling subscription-based software to enterprise clients**.
- Proven ability to **identify, develop, negotiate, and close large-scale technology deals**.
- Consistent history of **meeting and exceeding sales targets**, including **experience with global accounts and C-level executive interactions**.
- Strong communication skills, including a **dynamic presence and effective English proficiency**.
- A positive attitude and the drive to succeed in competitive environments.
- Demonstrated success in **converting initial calls into viable business opportunities** and advancing them through the sales pipeline.
- Highly motivated and proactive, demonstrating a strong drive to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
