**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and training for optimal performance.
- Prepare and review accurate quotations in collaboration with the sales team.
- Oversee and maintenance of sales-related documents and contracts.
- Assist sales team with sales inquiries, sales follow-up, and after-sales support.
- Maintain client communication for exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Good experience in sales support; familiarity with the furniture industry is an advantageous.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with sales flow processes and document management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
