**Job scope**
- Ensure sales orders processed on time with accuracy and timeliness to ensure order delivery feedback by planner meets the customer time frame, prepare Proforma invoice/ sales contract for cash payment collection on deposit upon order confirmation and full payment before or after delivery
- Responsible to prepare labelling template for customer for the new design artwork, prepare issue PR to order packaging material to procurement department.
- Follow up packaging material artwork, colour proof, mock up submission from procurement dept for customer approval
- To prepare product packaging specification form refer to customer requirement on packing method to QA department to prepare the product packing spec purpose.
- Handle customer feedback or complaint after goods delivery with internal dept. and customer.
