Customer Service Officer

Service managers are responsible for the supervision and coordination of the provision of different professional and technical services to customers. They ensure a smooth interaction with clients and high levels of satisfaction post-service.BusinessSPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent

Process and follow up all customer order. Work with internal departements to meet customer's needs. Do arrangement for driver delivery. Prepare delivery report. Dealing with salesman and customer.
