Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant**. You will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office and clinic operations.
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.
- Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports such as petty cash.
- Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary such as ordering stationary.
- Arranging both internal and external events.
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
- Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organisation and as directed.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of writing in English will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
