Job description
- Oversees operation of the restaurant
- Provide excellent food quality and service to maximise outlet's profitability
- Coordinate, supervise and lead restaurant operation function
- Monitor staff attendance, hiring, training, scheduling and managing staff
- Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory including food & beverages, supplies and restaurant requirement
- Manage all F&B and day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard
- Work closely with section head in monitoring restaurant budget and costing, stock inventory ordering
- To liaise with government authority when needed
- Assist Sales & Marketing Department in handling special projects, running promotion, handling public relation and marketing
- Assist Department Head to ensure all promotion and collateral updates (including social media and website information and menu updates)
- Arrange VIP/ Tour Guide/ Travel Agency and other guest booking including room & table reservation, menu & price confirmation and to follow up payment for credit sales
- Enforce restaurant hygiene practice and regulations, always upkeep restaurant hygiene standard
- Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Required language(s): Mandarin is a must, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
