POSITION - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION - SENAI, JOHOR

SALARY - RM 3000

Coordinating day-to-day administration of client accounts and contracts

Ensuring that the contract information is accurate and current

Documenting and reviewing contract terms and conditions

Preparing work order and subcon letter award

Negotiating contract terms and conditions with internal and external business partners

Ensuring timely and accurate contract approval

Submitting contracts to the appropriate authorities

Performing document review meetings

Preparing financial statements

Assisting in the preparation of reports

Researching and resolving contract issues

Job Requirements

Diploma in Construction/Civil Eng/Contract Management/Construction Management

Preferably with more than 1 years of experience in similar capacity but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards and equipment

Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports and technical documents
