**Requirements**:

- Familiar with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure, MS Office
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in MIS IT or performing similar duties
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work in Penang Island

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides effective end-user support on IT hardware and software issues
- Carries out installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers
- Troubleshoots computer and network problems for end users
- Checks to ensure setup and installations are working properly
- Guides end users on using the systems
- Maintains IT asset database and documentation
- Administration of IT users’ account
