Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the hotel's online presence and brand awareness.
Manage and optimize the hotel's website, ensuring it reflects the brand identity and offers a seamless user experience.
**Social Media Management**:
Create and execute social media campaigns to promote the hotel's services, events, and special offers.
Engage with the audience on social media platforms and build a positive online community.
**Content Creation**:
Develop compelling and relevant content for the hotel's website, blog, and social media channels.
Coordinate with the design team for visually appealing content, including images and videos.
**Online Advertising**:
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels to drive bookings.
Monitor advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
**Online Reputation Management**:
Monitor online reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and social media.
Respond to customer reviews promptly and professionally to maintain a positive online reputation.
**Collaboration with Partners**:
Collaborate with travel agencies, online travel agents (OTAs), and other partners to maximize online exposure and bookings.
**Event Promotion**:
Promote and market special events, conferences, and weddings hosted at the hotel through various digital channels.
**Analytics and Reporting**:
Use analytics tools to track website traffic, booking conversions, and other key performance indicators.
Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and make recommendations for improvements.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing within the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with hotel booking systems and online travel agencies.
Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve the hotel's online visibility.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Understanding of customer behavior and preferences in the hotel industry.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
