Duties and Responsibility - Assist in preparing ingredients necessary and other section in kitchen as directed by the Head Chef. - Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standard in and around the culinary workplace areas and make sure to clean the stations after each service. - Comply with all company policies, procedures, statutory regulations and Food Hygiene policies. - Maintain the food storage areas in accordance with the company’s Food Hygiene, Healthy and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as and when requested by the Head Chef. Position Requirements 1. Qualifications: SPM and above 2. Experience: Preferable with culinary experience 3. Skills / Competencies: a. Have a passion for cooking. b. Pleasant personality, good work attitude, responsibility, friendly and active personnel. c. Fast learner. d. Adapt to the needs of business. e. Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays. f. Good command language in English & Malay.
