**Job description**
**Job Details**
- Resolve any discrepancies found in the invoices within the accounting system.
- Manage a high volume of invoices and make manual amendments when necessary.
- Handle VAT calculations for invoices originating from specific countries like the UK, Germany, etc.
- Prepare monthly tasks assigned for all countries.
- Provide expertise for process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in system enhancement proposals for continuous improvement.
- Share knowledge and participate in training sessions to develop skills.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum with 2 years working experience in related field.
- Pursuing a professional qualification (Part Time) in CPA, ACCA or any other relevant qualifications is desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX, OSCAR, Lexmark Perceptive Intelligence Capture or other accounting system will be an added advantage.
- Experience of working in a shared service center across a global / large organization will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively in English.
- Mandarin speaking knowledge is an added advantage.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
