**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To plan & implement company’s standard operational procedure (S.O.P) / flow chart/ guidelines for the respective departments.
- To do the E auto transaction for all branches.
- To activate and monitor the GPS for all branches.
- To update e-Daftar record from JPJ MySikap and from Modenas, Yamaha, Honda and etc. website on daily basis.
- To register vehicle insurance for new customer and renew insurance & road tax for existing customer (Kuching branches).
- Follow up and monitor the insurance loss case/ accident case for insurance claim and submit monthly report.
- To perform Purchase Order/ Service Order for Motorcycles, Used Car, Spart parts, GPS, Office Stationery/ Office Fitting, Repair & Maintenance or etc and stock inventory for HQ and all branches which would be the most economical & practical.
- Liase with vendors and contractors to reduce costs and regularly troubleshoot processes to ensure the most time and cost-efffective practices.
- To assist Senior Management in overseeing adherence to the company’s policies & procedure.
- To handle & follow up for shipment & marine insurance coverage for motorcycles & used car, spare parts, etc.
- To visit outlets at assigned location and to oversee & provide administration and operation support to all branches.
- To relieve staff on leave for respective departments when needed.
- To perform stock take for branches when required.
- Maybe required to travel when necessary.
- To prepare report as when required by the Management.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Manager and his/her representative where he/she deems it relevant to your job scope.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
