Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: SPM/ LCCI /Diploma
- Work Experience: At least 1 year in a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and SQL is Compulsory.
- Preferred Specialization: Account/Clerical/Administrative Support.
- Language Skills: Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa and English;
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate meticulous and efficient work.
- Immediate availability to start work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle receivable account to meet the account target;
- Perform data entry, maintaining accurate information in databases.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist management by supporting executives and managers as needed.
- Handle daily billing, collection, and filing workflow.
- Assist in Account Department with related work
- Perform any other related duties and ad-hoc assignments.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, expenses management & payroll processing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12-24 months

**Salary**: RM1,518.20 - RM2,107.42 per month
