**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, policies and account information accurately and promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints and concerns effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products/services to assist customers in making informed decisions
- Provide basic technical support and guide customers through troubleshooting processes for products or online services
- Document costumer interactions, transactions and details of inquiries accurately in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all interactions are carried out in accordance with established guidelines
- Collect and relay customer feedback, suggestions and concerns to relevant teams within the company to facilitate continuous improvement
- Educate customers on features and promotions to enhance their overall experience
- Display a professional and positive attitude, even when dealing with challenging situations or demanding customers
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and technical support to address customer needs comprehensively
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and best practice of customer service to deliver exceptional service

**TO EXCEL FOR THE POSITION**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or at least college level
- With at least previous customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both **ENGLISH AND MANDARIN **language
- Proficient in using MS Office and CSR software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Supplemental pay types:
