- **Able to convert the leads into a sale, work as specialist who can fascinate people with their encyclopedic knowledge of motor vehicles.**:

- **Arranging test-drives and accompanying customers on these tests. Negotiating the final price for the sale.**:

- **Selling accessories or other services once a vehicle has been chosen. Completing the paperwork for each sale.**:

- **Helping to increase the customer database and prospecting potential sales.**:

- **Liaising with the service team to ensure sold cars are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.**:

- **Ensure the cleanliness of the car and maintain the safety work space.**:

- **Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions**.

**Job Requirement**:

- **Professional appearance and attitude & excellent persuasive verbal communication skills.**:

- **Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative.**:

- **Knowledge of automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership will be an advantage.**:

- **Good knowledge of financing and basic mathematics skills.**:

- **Preferrable Mandarin Speker.**
