Sales Executive

1. Deal with trade and end-users especially for luxury consumers, act as a professional consultant to provide appropriate suggestions on products / services / solutions to meet consumers’ requirements.
2. Approach and assist customers throughout the entire furniture buying process.
3. Responsible to drive maximum brand visibility, ROI and meet sales KPIs.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, customers and prospects.
5. Collect customers’ insights/ needs, analyze and feedback to management for further customer journey enhancement purpose.
6. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
7. Complete showroom administration and prepare daily sales documents (e.g.: quotations, purchase orders, sales orders etc.).
8. Ensure showroom presentation and visual merchandising standard are in compliance with company standard and policies.
9. Work closely with teams from different departments and work aligns with the company management decisions.
**Job Requirement**:
2. Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Minimum 1 or 2 years of sales experience in Home Appliances / Furniture / Lifestyle Services or any related industry.
4. Possess excellent customer service and persuasive skills.
5. Positive work attitude, proactive, independent and team driven.
6. Able to work accordingly to retail hours, including weekend & PH (alternate rest day).
7. Commission from monthly sales.
