Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
- Provide customers with information about products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Maintain a neat and organized space
- Participate in inventory control and management
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,999.00 per month
