Sales Representative

Generate leads and identify potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products or services to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling product returns or exchanges.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to enhance the sales process and meet customer needs.
- **Willingness to travel and able to outstation for client meetings, trade shows, and other business-related events as required.**:

- **Required Language: Chinese and Malay.**:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.
