Job Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze operational data.
- Determine standard cost and investigate variances with actual costs.
- Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc.
- Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g. investment, market growth, pricing changes ).
- Conduct audits on operational processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs.
- Analyze products costs for existing and new products.
- Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory.
- Conduct market research to support future business planning.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as a cost analyst, cost specialist or similar role.
- Experience in data, operational and financial analysis.
- Knowledge accounting processes and software.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A business acumen.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good communication aptitude.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field : preferred ACCA, CPA, CIMA.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cost Analyst: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
