- Self-reliant on production of requested orders
- Perform quality inspection on product produced

- Finished product will be packed on pallet with proper label and transferred to warehouse
- Responsible for daily operations in blowing, printing and converting
- Establish strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Plan for the Production Operators on product changeover preparation
- Ensure housekeeping and GMP standard are in practice at all times during operational of machines.
- Perform any duties as assigned by your superior (s) from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
- Proven experience in plastic industrial or similar field preferred.
- At least 2 years working experience.
- Able to Operate extruder machine will be advantage
- Familiarity in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
