Assist in all Finance functions to ensure day to day operations of overall financial activities.
- Perform month-end closing activities
- Prepare and submit report timely manner report required by group on monthly and quarterly
- Prepare required journal voucher with an appropriate supporting document
- Analysis of financial performance by comparing the actual result with budget & prior-year result
- Support FD/FC in the budgeting process for Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow.
- Prepare intercompany SLA and execute timely all the recharges
- Liaise and communicate with processing teams on GL. AR and AP transactions
- Assist with annual financial & tax audits.
- Responsible for finance document retention
- Ensure appropriate internal control and procedures are in place in compliance with group standard
- To handle other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirement**
- Degree in Accounting and Finance or Professional qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Able to work with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills, analytical, independent, and strong problem-solving.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP system
- Team player, proactive and willing to learn
- Must have own transportation
- Applicants must be willing to work in Port Klang / Puncak Alam

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
