**Position**: Building Executive / Building Manager

**Expected start date**: 1/9/2023

**Location**: nearby Ecohill and Eco Majestic.

**Requirements**;
1. 3 years and above experience in related fields.

2. Property Management/Real Estate education background.

3. Knowledgeable in SMA 2013 Act 757.

4. Possess good communication skills.

5. Posses good critical thinking skills.

6. Posses good problem solving skills.

7. Possess good leadership skills.

8. Posses good management and administration skills.

9. Possess good computer skills.

**JD**;
1. To implement and enforce house rules & regulation in order to create a conducive living environment

2. To monitor and manage the operations of service providers (e.g. domestic cleaning, security services, pest control, lift maintenance, firefighting equipment and etc.

3. Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations

4. To administer service charge, sinking fund collection and maintenance of building strata

5. To prepare & provide daily/monthly report to the JMB/MC on the status of the condition pertaining to issues such as operational, financial, manpower, etc.

6. Must be familiar with Strata Management Act 2013 (757), Strata Management Regulation 2015, Strata Management Tribunal 2015 and able to liaise with local council

7. Must be able to comprehend building construction plans and drawing

8. Able to manage supplier, control and monitor facility budget.

**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
