E-commerce Admin Executive

Cheras, Malaysia BLM Imaging Sdn. Bhd. Full time

**Requirements**
- Fluent in spoken & written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to details, patience, and friendly.
- Willing to work overtime.

**Responsibility**
- Managing day-to-day operations for e-commerce: process daily sales order, order fulfillment, inventory update, dispatching of goods, return and refund orders, raise purchase order, new product uploads, pricing and promotions on multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Liaise with Operation Team regarding order fulfilment
- Liaise with Customer Service Team in handling all customer queries and complaints
- Liaise with Finance Team regarding purchase order, invoices and payment.
- Other ad-hoc duties

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cheras: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
