Managing daily operation of kiosks, outlets and central kitchen, ensuring in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor and control operational costs and identify measures to minimise waste.
- Conduct regular inspections of kiosks, outlets and central kitchen to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to safety and health regulations and food handling practices.
- Manage inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, products and supplies.
- Preparation of monthly and annual revenues and expenses report, including budgets.
- Responsible for manpower planning and work schedules, recruitment, training, performance reviews and disciplinary issues.
- Recommending innovative ideas and improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Responsible for the setting up of new kiosk and outlet, including but not limited to stocks, equipment, training and manpower arrangement.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum qualification of Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including food preparation and presentation, service standards and industry best practices.
- Committed to continuous improvement and actively promoting innovation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skill.
- Enthusiastic and confident.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
