**About the role**:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with medium to large-sized customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to the sales team, utilizing Kerry System's (SFDC) for customer portfolio management, opportunity creation, and pricing requests.

Your duties will include call reports, samples, technical/regulatory documents, quotes, and more. Additionally, you'll assist in customer presentations, site visits, and handle various sales-related tasks as needed.

Reporting to **:Commercial Lead - MYSG & Inside Sales Director SEA**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Direct Sales Contact for base of medium sized and large customers, with responsibility to maintain and grow business relationship.
- Responsible for utilizing Kerry System’s (SFDC) on behalf of Customer Portfolio.
- Creation of Opportunities, call reports, samples, tech/regulatory docs, quotes etc.
- Ensuring opportunities and all customer information are up to date.
- Entering Pricing request in the current system (SFDC) for customer base and occasionally on behalf of the Sales Team. Issuing price quotes and follow up to understand if accepted or rejected and reflecting in systems. Support the Mainland Sales/Finance team with preparation, issuing and progress of annual price letters.
- Sales link to customer care in Naas and other Kerry sites for base of customers, ensuring full knowledge of key customer issues and actions.
- Ensure any orders that are directly received from customers are passed to Customer care for processing
- Provide Sales Support for defined strategic accounts and direct Manager.
- Support Manger on customer presentations and site visits
- Ad hoc sales support as required by Manager

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Strong project management Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cross functional roles, particularly in Sales, RDA, Supply Chain and Finance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Outstanding organizational and networking abilities, with strong focus on execution and delivering results.
