**JOB OVERSEES**

Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting and conducting regular assessment of financial procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company's finances.
- Supervise the documentation of the company's financial status and forecasts.
- Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts.
- Oversees the financial management and reporting activities of the company and ensures compliance with legal regulations.
- Liase with bankers for loan and other banking purposes.
- Ad hoc as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven knowledge of accounting and financial analysis and strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the accounting and finance field.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation.
- Ability on multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Monthly salary range between **RM 3,500.00 - RM 6,000.00 **(depends on working experience & certification)
- Able to report duty by **21/05/2024** or ASAP.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
