Job Descriptions:

  • Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
  • Oversee preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
  • Oversee the production of periodic financial reports. Ensure that the reports comply with accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
  • Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year, and files annual corporate tax return.
  • Audit accounts to ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, taxes and etc.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
  • Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at yearend.
  • Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Performs other related duties assigned by the Management.

Pay:
RM8, RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 8 years (required)
  • Supervising: 3 years (required)

Language:

  • Mandarin (required)
