An exciting General Manager (Project Management) role has just been made available at one of the most prominent Property Developer client based within Klang Valley region. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire spectrum of mixed development property projects, from planning and design to construction and completion. This role requires a strong leader who can manage diverse teams, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with regulations and quality standards.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of project development works from conceptualization, design, construction to completion within established budget, schedule and quality standards
- Co-ordinate and liaise with vendors, partners, support staff and/or the relevant government authorities to achieve project deliverables and for the successful accomplishment of the business goals
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial forecasting and cost control.
- Oversee procurement activities, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to optimize project costs.
- Interface with investors, clients, and partners to communicate project updates and address concerns.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Evaluate and address issues related to construction delays, unforeseen obstacles, and other challenges.
- Ensure contracts are comprehensive, clearly defined, and aligned with project objectives.
- Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and enforce contractual obligations.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to stringent quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular progress reports, project updates, and thorough documentation for senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for new projects development.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in construction and property development, with a track record of successfully managing mixed development projects.
- Familiarity with the local property development landscape and regulation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in construction industry contract laws, claims and dispute matters.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
