Billing Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
Check delivery document.
Accurately enter Invoice pricing into billing software for goods sold or services rendered.
Follows policies and procedures; completes tasks correctly and on time.
Respond to customer concerns relating to billing.
Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned on an as needed basic.
Assists customers with questions regarding their account in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements / Skills**:
SPM, High-school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with a strong sense of customer service.
Fast learner with the ability to perform new tasks and duties efficiently and effectively.
Equally able to work independently as well as within a team.
Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
