Accounts & Payroll Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry and responsible for day to day accounting recording function.
- Prepare monthly schedule according to deadline.
- To provide cheque payment to suppliers/creditors before due date and assist in cash flow management.
- Ensure statutory submission are submitted before due date.
- Assist in external and internal audit assignments.
- Knowledge in basic accounting procedures and principles.
- Provide daily attendance and monthly payroll data
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Ensure all statutory payments are paid on time.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Maintain absence/leave module in Workday.
Job Requirements:
- Mandarin speaking Is an added advantage.
- Diploma qualification and above in any discipline.
- END-TO-END ACCOUNTING & PAYROLL MANAGEMENT PREFERRED.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- 5 days works
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
