Sales Executive

**主要責任**
- 制定年度預算、談判經銷商合約、新上市和其他商業機會。
- 透過開展店內活動促進售空,實現售入目標。
- 與主要批發商/經銷商/買家建立互惠互利的關係,以獲得貿易銷售、貿易條款、推動分銷的廣告費用等方面的支持。
- 銷售團隊費用管理與信用管理
- 透過與行銷部門密切合作來提議和規劃貿易活動,規劃每月/每季/臨時貿易公告,並向買家展示以協商富有成效的促銷空間。
- 追蹤銷售報告、準備銷售回顧圖表並向主要客戶進行業務簡報。
- 監控零售環境,識別威脅和機遇,追蹤競爭對手的產品和活動
- 通路開發-不斷尋求更多管道以擴大銷售網絡,倉庫銷售機會幫助清理短期到期庫存。
**能力要求**
- 候選人必須具有至少1-2年相關經驗,最好是來自美容、快速消費品或醫療保健行業的經驗。
- 擁有自己的交通工具並願意經常出差。
- 充滿活力、精力充沛、以銷售為導向。
- 最好是銷售代表/主管,專門從事一般貿易、當地獨立製藥、當地大客戶/超市通路的經銷商管理和銷售營運。
- 與各個層次的人有良好的溝通能力
- 熟練電腦技能、Microsoft Excel、Word 和 PowerPoint。
