**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment includes arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees.
- To monitor and maintain Company’s local & foreign workers data and related administration such as ensuring renewals of work permits, insurance, contract agreements, attendance, leave, and other employee data.
- Involved in the management of foreign workers such as medical check-up and treatments and work permit etc.
- Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation.
- Implement and monitor performance management system.
- Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes & administer employee discipline processes.
- Coordination of socso claims to local & foreign workers.
- Coordinate the preparation of regularly scheduled reports or any ad-hoc reports as and when required.
- Provide necessary support to other HR & Admin functions as deemed necessary.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player with good analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, effective relationship.
- Resourceful, analytical and able to multi-task.
