- To lead & coordinate a team of retail supervisors
- Recruiting, coaching and developing strong second liners.
- Monitoring and evaluate the daily sales to meet monthly / yearly sales targets consistently.
- Provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of advertisements & promotions, customers’ feedback on products and services as well as market trends.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and exercise control measure for all products in the stores.
- To attend management meetings on regular basis
- To perform audit for outlets as and when required
**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ managerial experience in retail industry
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in relevant industry is an added advantage.
- Analytical, meticulous and have sharp business acumen
- Possess high level of commitment and able to demonstrate initiative and integrity
- Organized, confident, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Hospitable and willing to go the extra miles to lead the team and serve the customers
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to outstation(s) as and when required
- Willing to work during weekends as and when required.
