**Job Summary**: As a Personal Assistant cum Project Management Executive for the Managing Director (MD) in the gaming industry, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD while also managing key projects and initiatives on their behalf. You will act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination of activities to drive the company's strategic objectives forward.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**:
- Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and presentations attended by the MD.
- **Project Management**:
- Oversee and coordinate key projects and initiatives on behalf of the MD, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and track progress against deliverables using project management tools and software.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and departments to drive project execution and resolve issues.
- **Communication and Liaison**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, partners, and vendors.
- Draft and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations on behalf of the MD, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
- Represent the MD in meetings, conferences, and events as required, conveying their views, decisions, and directives effectively.
- **Information Management**:
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents related to the MD's activities, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare background materials and briefing notes to support the MD in decision-making and strategic planning.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests for the MD, including expense reporting, invoice processing, and office management duties.
- Anticipate the MD's needs and proactively provide assistance and support to optimize their productivity and effectiveness.
- Manage special projects and assignments as assigned by the MD, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or project management role, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities, schedules, and demands.
- Passion for gaming and a keen interest in the gaming industry and its trends and developments.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
