**Job description**

**Responsibility**:
1. Assisting sales department in all aspects of sales processes, documentations, administrative supports and delivery arrangements.
2. Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries.
3. Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts.
4. Update databases and customer records.
5. Perform other ad-hoc duties assign by management.

**Requirement**:
1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Strong communication skills, team player.
3. Familiar with MS Office.
4. Experience in sales admin/assistant related would be an added advantage.

**Other Information**:

- 5 working days per week: Monday - Friday.
- Working Hours: 9 am until 6 pm.
- EPF/SOCSO/EIS provided.
- Training provided.
- Work in Johor Bahru, Johor.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
