**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and clients and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and other financial activities.
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or related position.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
