Job description

Property is Located in Persint 17, Putrajaya
- **Background in PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is an added advantage**:

- Able to handle full set of accounts including account payable and account receivable
- Basic book-keeping (P&L, Petty cash)
- To maintain proper filling system and ensure traceable of documents.
- In charge administrative tasks in office such as issue invoice, purchase order, delivery order, payment voucher.
- To update and maintain account records and reports.
- To prepare payments according to its procedure.
- To provide administrative support to Seniors
- Any ad hoc tasks when required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience
- Proven work experience in accounting, bookkeeping and administration
- Background in **Property Management** is an added advantage
- Able to start immediately

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri - 9AM to 6PM

Saturday - 9AM - 1PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
