Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Business decision support for key management reporting & business planning cycles (month-end, forecast, long-range plan, & budget).
- Corporate development especially in the formulation of strategies, action plans, and target tracking of projects.
- Maintaining organization budget/forecast, tracking monthly actuals.
- Assisting with month-to-month, forecast-to-forecast, & full year variance performance reporting for management.
- Analysis including root cause reports between departments and identifying the error and correction plan to management.
- Full knowledge of Company policies and practices and their effective oversight are also part of the duties.
- Participates in Merger and Acquisition projects, including drafting a business proposal, reviewing financial modeling, and providing value-added analysis.
- Assist in reviewing documents for corporate development projects.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Pre-requisites Requirement**:
- Degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in Business Planning or related scope.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under stressful contentions
- Ability to develop and implement detailed work plans that support key deliverables.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Presentation, and Reporting skills are required.
- Good communication and ability to work independently.
- Resourceful, analytical, possess strong communication, presentation, and effective writing skills in English
- A dynamic individual who is highly motivated and a good team player.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
