- Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts including trial balance, bank reconciliation, balance sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Financial Statement and etc.
- Monitor cash position of the company on a daily basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers.
- Ensure follow-up on customers collection and Statement of Accounts are updated on regular basic.
- Coordinate and perform monthly, quarterly & yearly closing management accounts.
- Verify book-keeping and data entry in Accounting Software.
- Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed up and well-maintained.
- Ensure all financial statements comply with accounting standards, tax regulations as well as company policies.
- Prepare forecast and budget reports.
Perform reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable
- Liaise with a tax agent, auditors, bankers, company secretaries, government departments, and suppliers.
- Manage the payroll system and perform payroll duties
- Must know how to use SQL accounting software
